Data controller
The controller of personal data processed in connection with this site and the contact form is Grevo, based in Olsztyn, Poland. For any questions about data protection, contact us at kontakt@grevo.biz.
What data we process
When you fill in the contact form, we process the data you provide: company name, role, email address, and optionally your phone number, company size, preferred timing for a call, and a description of your situation. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary for us to get in touch and assess your request.
Legal basis and purpose of processing
We process contact form data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: to take steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement, such as replying to your inquiry and scheduling a call. Any further business correspondence is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in pursuing business conversations.
Recipients of data
We use Resend (Resend, Inc.), a provider based in the United States, to send messages submitted through the contact form; Resend acts as our data processor. Transfers of data to the US rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. We don't share your data with any other third parties or use it for marketing without separate consent.
Data retention period
We keep contact form data for as long as the conversation or any resulting engagement lasts, and afterwards for as long as needed to defend against potential claims, no longer than 3 years after the last contact.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its correction or erasure, restrict its processing, request data portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO) if you believe our processing breaches GDPR. To exercise these rights, write to us at kontakt@grevo.biz.
Cookies we use
The only cookie this site sets is NEXT_LOCALE: it remembers which language version (Polish, English, or German) you chose, so you don't have to pick it again on every visit. We don't use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.
Managing cookies
Your choice in the banner at the bottom of the page ("Accept" / "Decline") is stored locally in your browser. You can also clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings, and the site will keep working normally, except you'll need to pick your language again on each visit.
